Luke 2:39-52

Luke 2:46-47(NIV): After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers.

We don’t know a lot about Jesus’ childhood. This passage gives us a glimpse.

Jesus was fully God, and fully man – a paradox. What can we learn here about his humanity?

Jesus was:

· Hungry to learn - v46-47, Psalm 42:1-2, Philippians 3:10-11

· Growing - v52, 2 Peter 3:18, Philippians 3:12-14

How hungry are you to know Jesus?

Are you growing in grace?

Luke 2:52(NIV): And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
