All ladies are invited to a special “Open Garden Afternoon” at Marion and Alan Jellie’s property. Tea, coffee and scones will be served whilst enjoying the established and immaculate surrounds.

All money raised will be donated to Boort Baptist Church to assist farming families suffering drought conditions. The weather conditions have a domino like effect on other things like medical services. Boort is the latest town to be impacted by the rural doctor shortage with the town's only medical clinic set to close on November 1.Boort District Health is now scrambling to recruit a general practitioner.
